Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
  • 2 count garlic cloves
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings.
  2. Roast at 425°F until golden.
  3. Finish with a pinch of sea salt.
